Cool-Rite were employed by the developer to design, supply and install a comfort cooling and heating system to serve all three floors of the newly built office block.
Each floor is cooled and heated via ducted heat pump inverter air conditioning consisting of ducted fan coil units concealed above the suspended ceiling which are then connected to ceiling mounted air diffusers.
This system allowed even distribution of cooling and heating across each of the floors but in addition allowed the system to be modified easily by altering grille positions to suit individual needs once tenants had been found for each floor.
Cool-Rite were employed to design, supply and install comfort cooling and heating to serve multiple offices on a new business centre in somerset.
Cool-Rite were employed to design, supply and install comfort cooling and heating to serve BBS's 1st and 2nd Floor Offices.
Cooling & Heating were provided to the Main Open Plan office spaces via heat pump inverter ducted systems consisting of ducted fan coil units concealed above the suspended ceiling connected to ceiling mounted air diffusers.
For BBS's individual offices a highly efficient Heat Recovery VRF system was installed to provide independent temperature control for all of their Small Offices, Meeting rooms, Staffroom and Large Boardroom.
Cool-Rite were employed to supply and install air conditioning to serve the Mammography Treatment Rooms and Reception and Waiting areas within this listed building redevelopment.
Heat recovery VRF equipment was installed to serve the Treatment Rooms along with Split type heat pump systems to serve the Reception and Waiting areas.
A close working relationship with all trades was required for this type of installation to ensure that all the services were coordinated within the strict parameters and awkward conditions encountered within a listed building being converted for medical use.
Cool-Rite were employed to design, supply and install a small heat pump system to Serve our clients Dining Room. We supplied and installed a small wall mounted heat pump system and our client benefited from the governments reduced rate of 5% VAT on domestic heat pump installations.
Cool-Rite were employed to design, supply and install full function close control air conditioning to Alcatel Lucent's new Laboratory.
With a cooling load of approximately 200kW required within their laboratory Cool-Rite installed full function close control air conditioning to keep the room at a steady 22ºC with a relative humidity of 55%.
When St Peters Garden Centre decided to carry out an extensive refurbishment to their Restaurant Cool-Rite Ltd were contracted to supply and install comfort cooling to serve the Area.
Large capacity ceiling cassette systems were installed to serve the area with the services and pipe work needing to stay on show at high level throughout the Restaurant.
With the building having been empty for a number of years and having become dilapidated Weston College carried out a substantial refurbishment to create new flexible learning spaces, conference suites and offices.
Cool-Rite Ltd were contracted to supply and install new heat recovery air conditioning to provide heating and cooling to the ventilation equipment serving the new conference suites and offices along with a standalone air conditioning system to serve their Comms Room.
Having worked closely with the Boswells Group for a number of years Cool-Rite Ltd has recently finished the installation of new air conditioning to one of Boswells newest Coffee shops in Gloucester.
In-ceiling cassette systems were installed to serve the area with the services and pipe work needing to be co-ordinated alongside the shop fitters to allow all the services to be hidden above the featured ceilings.
When building a new Lab area for the testing and assembling of their products Parasense required the area to be air conditioned and ventilated.
